getting going

Basic manoeuvres with the exboard are quick and easy to master.

  1. Place your leading foot on the front footpad
  2. Kick-off with the rear foot and step onto the rear footpad
  3. Flex and swing with your pelvis and knees to propel the exboard
  4. The exboard moves in an S-shaped configuration, directed by the rider
  5. Lean your body and tilt the footpad decks to steer - the exboard Rota-Deck technology® enables extreme turns
  6. To increase the exboard speed, simply swing your hips faster

Alternatively, start with both feet on the footpads by leaning against a wall or solid object; push off and start swinging your hips to keep moving.
